Tamarind pulp 200 grams Jaggery 250 grams Tara garam masala ½ tsp Water 2 cups Asafetida 1pinch Red chili powder ½ tsp Black salt ¼ tsp Salt ¼ tsp
Put tamarind pulp, jaggery and 2 cups of water in a saucepan and cook. Add 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of tara garam masala, ½ tsp of red chili powder and 1 pinch of Asafoetida. Remove from flame as soon as the mixture thickens, serve.
